Dear Sir,

I am Vijay Dangi, Assistant Professor, MDU, Rohtak. This complaint is against Mr. Rajbir Deswal, IG, Karnal.

It was in the early months of 2012, when i started feeling uncomfortable about some posts on some FB wall. That FB wall was of then IG, CID, Mr. Rajbir Deswal. I added him in my friend list due to some good impression (Honest and blah blah) given about him by a colleague DPR, MDU, Rohtak. But in very short time that impression turned into depression. Day by day, Mr. Rajbir Deswal wrote FB posts about my day by day happenings or mishappenings. I was surprised that how that could happen. With time, i realized that some of his friends on FB, were also writing about me and that colleague. I confronted but in vain. I asked this colleague to confront but his reply was "ak to policia uspe jat kaun panga le"! After discussion with my well wishers, i stopped talking to this colleague and avoided him as far as i could. But those personal attacks kept on increasing on these people's FB walls. These people have been listening all my calls, checking mails, blogs, social site/s and then kind of dissecting them since early 2012. They are applying their own judgements and prejudices and writing in such a way (indirect), that people could understand well whom they are targeting. If that was not enough, these people not just wrote about my phone calls but family, friends, relatives, colleagues, my lifestyle, strengths and weaknesses. Mr. Rajbir Deswal has also been watching me, almost 24hrs. How, i do not know! They wrote like goons and did hahahha on my personal life, professional life, bank accounts, salary, shopping, dog, trips, students, classes, official meetings, eating habits, food, cooking, my backyard plants, many happenings/mishappenings in my home, fractions with boss/Director/VC. They did not spare me in my home, office, on road, market or any person in my life or surrounding. They wrote about each and every aspect, they could including my cloths, all type of online purchases including undergarments. Worst, when i stopped talking to this colleague, they tried to show to the public that i was someone third person in some old friend's married life! The truth, i met last, that guy in 2005 and talked to him on phone in 2010, before his marriage. When these people were writing all this bakwas in the form of public posts, i asked that guy, Fighter Pilot in IAF, on FB what was the problem in his life. And the answer was nothing at all!

Amidst all this drama, many posts of Mr. Rajbir Deswal were so offending and kind of talking about his own interest! These people wrote about my headaches, fever, cough, periods, body parts and much much more! Sir, I am no criminal, do not any case against me. I have even written publicly long back and told Mr. Rajbir Deswal to act legally if there was any offence on my part rather than conducting a Kagaroo Court in such a demeaning way. I wonder if people at such a responsible post could behave like this with a women then what we can expect from others? My humble request, please take appropriate action so that such people cannot behave same way with others.

I found this blog balanced, giving a view on pros and cons of security and surveillance. No doubt, we need security and cannot avoid new edge technologies in today's cyberwar race but at the same time we need our basic human rights and dignity. Misuse of these technologies for so called officials petty egos and worthless righteousness is unacceptable. Only cowards can bow in front of such people, not the ones who can call a spade a spade and believe in fighting for their rights!!

A Family Business to Pry on Others?

Why these people came to my home?

What compelled them? This blog?

As per her words, I am destroying her husband's reputation! I felt like to search this word again to confirm myself if really I was or am doing that? And seriously that compelled her to come to my doors? He was not destroying his so called reputation by his own deeds and write ups? Why did not she saved him then? Just to expose all that means damage to that so called reputation? Ever she gave even a lil thought to that gal's plight who was suffering by his and his gang's non sense? As per her words, her husband is not that tech. savvy. Her son, who is B.Tech. and M.Tech. and working in some MNC abroad and she herself know more about computers! Means? A family business to pry on others and play with their dignity and life?

Her son said only FBI have that much technology. 

She said "Chhodungi nahi tumhe"! I know so called reputed people in India can finish me in seconds but question is after writing so much publicly, can that reputed person and family save themselves? I know Indian public is a tubelight! Indian public wake up only when some murder, some rape or any such heinous crime has already happened. Frankly speaking, "IF" that is the price one has to pay to open public eyes on this shitty surveillance then I AM WAITING FOR THAT DAY! GO AHEAD!

As if whatever happened earlier was not enough! That day drama too had to happen! I avoided this blog for a while willingly as whatever was coming in mind to write was not so good! After that incident, i had to listen again so much from some well wishers. How you can even think and still take such people so easy and innocently? Actually when i saw that lady and her son in front of my door, i thought might be some regret, some sorry, some guilty brought them at my door! Sickness! Typical Indian police officer's wife was there in front of me with that typical high headedness! I sent my complaint to DGP, Haryana and Human Rights Commission, Haryana the same day along with a copy to my employer. What happened to that, only they can tell better! I went to SP camp office the same eve along with some senior Professors but people there even did not receive the complaint! I gave the same news to some local news papers and next day found the news, in just one local news paper with flat denial by IG, Mr. Rajbir Deswal! I wondered what precautions these people took before coming to my home in today's high tech. world that he could afford to deny so easily!?! Another high headedness and such a high faith in this corrupt system by power people that they can do anything and nothing gonna happen to them!?! Another strange thing i noticed, whenever i was about to take some action or even discussed that with someone, i found a strange kinda caution and silence on those profiles. For whatever reason, i kept my silence and found hidden poison dancing there!!

Some date is nearby and do not know if i should believe those people, who say do not expect much or the inner voice.... 

Experimentation

It all started with the intuitive instinct in 2012. Though I did not know then that I will take it some kinda experimentation in itself. Due to its torturous and extremely disturbing nature, I thought to gave up and delete my profiles from all social sites. I had deleted my FB due to this very reason in 2013. But after some friends rebuking, made my mind to fight back and know the truth. The new FB profile was total experimentation. From FB account, to blog posts, from twitter to yahoo mail; from phone calls, mind analysis, to mind games; from salary to expenditure, from shopping habits to brands/non brands to size/s, from family, relatives, friends, friends of friends links, inquiries to official interactions, from classes to official trips. It was kinda endless. 

And how it impacted my life? You can imagine yourself, what does mean being 24hr under surveillance. On that live commentary, not by one but many with their own judgement with all added mirch-masala. That is how rumours spread and take the form of kinda myth over time. When I decided to make it public and take action then I was threatened again the same way, via posts! 

Some well wishers advised me not to go to police, not at least alone as police people use to be bad people. Well, I had no other option, so I went. Those interactions itself gave me lil-bit cues along with Mr. Rajbir Deswal and his friends posts. Two major PAs (Personal Assistants) were there along with others. Up to police complaint these people managed the show. Wonder, if people would be able to manage even at human rights commission? I am highly optimist species so better to be positive. Well, I felt at least "lil-bit" effect is there, for whatever reason. But major effect is this blog.

Recent development of 25th Jan was all about that. Wonder, where it will end? Wherever! This blog will continue.

I guess, these people do that kinda teasing even with the women in their homes? Why just women but even men?

Hey! Look here! Oh! See that! You know the meaning of so and so term?  Look there! These people are so unhygienic. These hygiene freak. Do not dye hair, left here, here and here. Stereotype, has not shaved legs and still in shorts. He has this pajama on since last..? Oh smelly! Wo saala hizra hai, that is why blah, blah. 

OK! People can listen, they can watch by this and that technology but I wonder if can even smell, touch if someone had a shower with cold or hot water? Mayanagri hai!

When onus is on the victim/survivor to prove

Girl, accepted all, believed all, watched all that drama myself but question is how you will prove? Indian police does not help victims. Indian courts need proofs. And you have too little at that front. How will you prove your phone was on wiretap at least since early 2012 and this sick person not just listened all your calls, read all your online stuff but even discussed all that and shared with his friends and circle? How you will prove that whatever he wrote on FB was just to hit you with all added mirch masala and turns and twists? Might be little bit is there with you in the form of subtle hints in all those screenshots and people can get clues well about all that. People can get well, what the heck these people did with you. You max can just expose but how you will prove that in court especially when police and system is hell bent to help these culprits? When people who watched this drama are shamelessly cowards to the extent that they are not just behaving like ignorant but somewhere even supporting these culprits! 

And he watched you even in your home and even dared to write all that publicly, you feel you can prove that? People will laugh at you that you have gone psychic. Police have already said, did not find any bug in your office, home or car. People here do not know about any hitech surveillance and it is too difficult to prove all that. Then why the hell you cannot understand things and keep shut? Why you stubborn wanna make your life more hell?  

Pathetic situation indeed! When you know that you gonna prove, then let people, surrounding or well wishers say whatever. When you know that on the name of proofs so lil is there with you but.. Yes! But! When hope is there, a zeal to fight till end is there; EVERYTHING IS THERE! Crazy indeed..

Sunshine Smiley Vs. Rowdies!

Road rage belongs to average frustrated person. Most of the times, it's used against unknown and law abiding citizens. It's used to provoke people to get heated exchange, to throw out the frustration by rowdies. Do not be part of it. Either ignore such people or better give them your sunshine smile.

Rowdies may be on road or online/internet. People learned how to use internet or drive but do not know how to drive or use internet decently. Some countries have laws against such behaviour. 

I wonder, where India stands? Such behaviour is most common among students. Really? It's so easy naa to give lecture to kids. What if some teachers behave like those kids? 

Language, Use and Misuse, Views and Abuse, Taught a Lot!

Off late got lots of gyan from well wishers as well as from the practice of self analysis of day by day drama. Among those well wishers found many sensitive and caring souls feeling hurt while watching and listening day by day drama. Found some hurling back abuses at the abusers and cursing even their families. During this whole drama, thin skin became a bit thick. Analyzing power started a bit overworking, tiny particles of fear (was there any?) became a bit more fearless. The adventurer in me became a bit more adventures. "Be Yourself" became a bit more strong. Found family, friends, relatives a bit more dear as well as near. Wings became a bit more strong. Found more reasons to roam around the world rather than be a chipku at one place. 

Some Lessons:

The more you will react on rowdies, the more their macho man and abuser in them will vibrate to do more such rowdy dance. 

Language just like any other thing can be used or misused. It can be used to express ourselves and pass on our views beautifully. It can also be misused to abuse directly like a layman or worst, in complex shrewd's language.  

Destiny is not a Matter of Chance BUT Choice..

I am not much of a destiny believer though at times, I do say, it had to happen this way. Most of the times, it's we who chose it, the way it is. Happenings or mishappenings can happen without much of our control. It matters, what we do with those happenings or mis-happenings and how we deal with them. 

Euro plans, 2014! Hmm I missed that chance willingly for something people said "do not be crazy". Did I know then better days are ahead or something not so better is waiting me? No! But I knew I had to pass through a tunnel to see the light at the end of it. I am preparing myself for that. Hmm tunnel or light? I am already in that tunnel and light is not far away. Ise kahte hain, din main sapne dekhna ;) 

Who knows 2015 main sach hi hone ja rahe hon. I mean din wale sapne, jo raaton main kharaate ki neend sulaate hain :)

Ye Saali Zindgi. Till now I was using this "saali" in writing only but aaj to, uff! Need to delete this word from my written dictionary also. Ye Crazy Life! Better I think.

From a too private person to public zone. Yes! Finally!
I did not wanna come and talk about it publicly but I have been forced to speak, my own story, which some people projected and still trying to project, the worst way they can. Just to save their own faces. The question and problem was just one -- snooping, snooping and snooping.
I raised this question to the person who is doing all this but in vain.

Again same question:
If Indian government has given so much rights to police officials at top level that they can snoop anyone and if yes then in what conditions and how long?

Not just that but can even talk about that person the worst way with all added mirch-masalas on some public website, that is FB? Just to defame and belittle that person?

Why? As this gal dared to tell this official that you have no right to behave that way.
Resultant: High headedness and worst kinda personal attacks.

Criminal In Disguise!

I never watched the CID serial but experiencing it since some time, rather more than a year! Why? What's my crime? It's not necessary to be a criminal for that. To come in touch with a wrong person, who belongs to that profession is enough, I guess! In the starting, I did not know that someone was tapping my phone calls, tracking my online surfing and even hacked my passwords. But with time, some posts by that person started hitting my mind. Initially, I gave the benefit of doubt and ignored. But how long one can? With time, it was not just me but even friends started feeling like that. On that this person did not leave any doubt but wrote in some posts so clear cut, that yes this fear of ours was not wrong! Different people gave different suggestions. But since some time, there was only one voice, enough! Time is to take action. No one has any right to pry on like that. It does not matter which profession that person belongs. It's clear cut privacy rights violation and some professional rights abuse.

The truth is this person is not just abusing his professional powers/rights but even acting as law unto himself regardless of others constitutional rights. Last year around Dussehra this person uploaded some edited pics of University officials with Raavan heads! 

It does not matter if you like someone or not but it was disgusting to see those pics, especially when you belong to that very institution. It was not just me but so many people felt the same. How dare he could behave like that? Is he law unto himself or some dictator? This guy use to behave kinda moral policing, kinda our typical Indian police, by ignoring people's rights. Some say, he is attention seeker and use to do all this just to get some attention. I wonder how a person on such a responsible chair can behave like that, until and unless that person is kinda sick or unstable somewhere? Whatever the reason, but all this drama has so many unanswered questions, especially in the light of:

Humans are by nature curious and it's almost certain that people or agencies who will deal with this type of data gonna abuse their powers. Where is the line to be drawn and who will decide that? On the name of security, it seems government is playing its own dirty politics even without taking public in the loop. Old laws will work on such abuse or some new laws gonna be in place? Or people dealing with this watchdog are law unto self?

No FIR, No Crime??

Since last more than two years, my car has been damaged by miscreants time and again. I complained to the concerned authorities verbally a few times, gave in writing even two times but net resultant?? As usual.... the way things happen in India!! Something even strange happened few days back, when i came back home just after two and half hours from my cousin's home, i found my laptop's USB/ports damaged. Even stranger, the home was locked from outside, backside doors were closed from inside! Interesting aspect, i rarely use plucker, it used to be upstrais in dressing table in a kit. The kit i do not even remember when i opened last, containing most useless cosmetics and tools! I found this plucker not even upstrais but downstairs in the kitchen and damaged! None else in the home, sweeper still to come. On that i used the internet just before leaving my home and even that USB port was damaged. I wrote to the concerned authorities in written but rather it has been taken kinda too lightly!! Yes! It was strange that there was nothing missing from the home and no more damage to the laptop except those three USB ports (as per that day knowledge)! But it was kinda same that someone broken the central lock of car but did not take away the car and nothing was stolen from that! Such things happened with car time and again in the department but this is first instance when something literal weird happened at home. For some it could be a matter of joke but sure not for me and not for the people who care for me!

I gave in written but no FIR was lodged by the concerned police personnel! Why? Tell them how anyone could enter home as there was no sign of any forceful entry and nothing was stolen. So this was not a case fit for FIR! When the police personnel came for on spot check, few weird questions were asked!! They did not bother even to take a view of the whole home and surrounding (as per some police officer, they should have). When these people were at home, some water leakage was there from the freeze, at that time i thought might be due to some electricity problem and these people walked over this freeze water without any notice! Meanwhile the same day, i had to listen from some so called responsible employees of this University, something totally senseless instead of even any moral support! "University has no responsibility for any employee's security!" Really, that's also within campus residential area?? "Aisa kacha chhita leke jaoge to kaun FIR file karega!" Do not raise your eyebrows as these are image caretakers of this University! "It's no time to lodge an FIR as NAAC team is just about to visit for grading. You can raise the issue later." Nice way to say keep shut!!  

The next day i found there was no cooling in freeze, called the related company service center and i was told m'am there is a copper wire cut backside. Now i was a bit more perplexed and started checking other things. One more addition to the list was some missing foreign currencies i had just kinda part of memories rather than any materialistic value! After a day (Sunday), one more addition to this list was washing machine inlet water pipe cut! Not so big damages but why, by whom and how? In all probabilities all this happened the same day and i just realized when i used them. Naah! Still no FIR! I insisted for the same again in writing via authorities but got even funnier replies.. See what a university's VC said "Some supernatural power or ghosts might have done this!" "Tomorrow you will feel, some blood stained marks on your laptop!" So much to write but still nothing more to write!!

Simple Indian case "No FIR, No Crime"!! Or may be there are lotsa bigger crimes so who the hell has time to care for such lil things!! Little things!!

Next step can be meet SP and go "kinda" against authorities wishes not to lodge an FIR or better as per some caretakers forget the whole episode and mind your own security steps, take care and be thankful to god that you are safe!!
