From where to start (Campus Crime Series)? 

In 2017, it was extreme form of abuse, bullying, food and water related poisoning and day by day plays and nautankees in classes, labs, roads, office, meetings, when I gave up. But it was a conditional resignation as much had already happened in meetings and office also. 

Like some criminal politician (Mr. Vinas Siwach, academician?) challenged in some departmental meeting “give unconditional resignation and it would be accepted within 10-minutes, on record!”

I had been called back after my conditional resignation with the assurance that things would improve but probably much more was there to see and face ahead. From 2017-2021, it was like flood of crafted and drafted cases, one after the other started hitting, in office, neighbour, on the road, in the market. 

But I did not come back to bow down or get lost by threats. But at the same time, I was so fed up of this place MDU, I called my own, that I started hating it. At times, I survived just by thinking, “think why you are still alive else you had been dead long back and dead bodies don’t feel”; no pain, no torture, no humiliation; nothing!

What I realized with every case that the world, I was living and this world, these cases have been showing me, were totally different world. It also opened my eyes to some extent, the way system is working.

Before Covid-19, I had suspected so-many things including some deaths, accidents and diseases. But Covid-time, kinda leads me to that tunnel, where I was looking at nothing with much suspected mind but conformity. The horror was in front of my eyes to watch, to feel, to realize this disgusting politically infected world. It was like “Flames of Murders” were crying for help and it’s these people who kept me alive all through this. Diseases and related cases would be part of some other book/s or crime series.

For a while, let’s start Campus Crime Series from “some special tea and neem case relation”. After all, neighbours come first. And along with you people and these writings, I do wanna know what that relation is?

Governments are based on gambling of power and money. Gambling is based on indirect cases, that is, creation of fake cases here and there, by this or that party. These fake cases or so called parallel cases are destroying the society. They are killing innocent people including children, elders as well as adults mercilessly even without their knowledge, forget the consent.

Directly or indirectly, they are dragging so many innocent lives into these parallel cases in the form of fake cases creations, planted accidents, created diseases, deaths (I call them assisted murders), drugs, alcohol abuse, trafficking and so many other forms of ills.  How that is happening is kinda “some machine on automation, err semi-automation” but invisibly controlled in different forms, at different levels -- a bit complicated process.

Campus Crime Series-1 is a collection of official documents or correspondence along with some supportive material of a series of cases happened on MDU campus from 2017-2019.

These cases would help common people in understanding the parallel cases creations and real crimes.

Interestingly, all these cases against me have been cooked after my conditional resignation in 2017. Another interesting question, why I had to offer my resignation, even if conditional?

2017

1. 54-Days Earned Leave (Nov., 2017)

Same way, there are many other cases, having so many loopholes and blunders. Blunders kinda back date complaints creations (including on holidays) and some interesting recordings.

2. Sunit Mukherjee Case (9.12.2017) 

A complain against me that I threatened him and slapped him. Within a week committee had been formed. Meeting called, charges framed. And a speedy judgement was there. 

Interesting in this case is not just the speed and dates but judgement also. Students version and names, his colleagues version and names. And much more in between the lines. Reason? Connections of Sunit Mukherjee. His wife is some MP's daughter and he himself has some political connect of some powerful political family of Rohtak.  His wife is also an assistant professor in Department of Psychology, MDU.

Though sometime back, we had friendly relations. Think what could be the reasons then for such a case?

3. Neem-Case, SCBC charges (July, 2018)

A problem creator neighbour whose special tea, I refused to take, slapped me with a non-sense kinda fake case, Neem-Case, SCBC charges (July,2018) etc.

Interesting saga of this case is, whatever I complained to authorities in last few months or since the time, I entered this new campus home H#30, type-4, or countered problems due to this neighbour, I have been charged with.

Could there be any relation between tea and neem case? Maybe or may not be. Who is I am to judge? I am here just to put the facts, the way I could understand them.

4. Dr. Veerbhan Lab Cases (29, August, 2018)

A colleague in the department did a complaint that I had stolen chemicals, some USA flies etc. and broken instruments in his lab along with SCBC charges threats etc.

But interestingly, students complaints say that he had stolen some chemicals of my lab.

He complained about his lab but instead of his own lab, gave CD of some other lab, central lab lock breaking in presence of security, director, students and so many other people’s presence! Why?

Not just that but my research area and his research areas are different. Whom I am to judge again? What students did and why he complained in such a malicious way and how committee reached on such interesting conclusions? Beyond my understanding, what the hell was happening. Again there are official documents to judge for the readers.

5. Assault, H#16, Type-3

Some filthy criminals try to teach a lesson to a woman who refused to bow down in front of dictators even after bearing so much and they could not stop her from exposing them. 

They beat me in Big Boss House 16, Type-3, along with some special kinda dramatics! It was an organized crime.

What was happening and how that happened? 

Videos of that case are talking the story itself, especially a comparison of outside and inside house videos. And from where and when I got those videos?

Again, what was happening in the department during that time is interesting to note. Mr. Sajjan Dahiya, also has some connection to some political family of Rohtak. 

Some questions and then emergence of some facts, I came across much later:

Sunit Mukherjee case and this case, was the work of same circle? Were these power houses and political cult the reason that even University administration was involved in this crafted and drafted crime?

And this political cult is there that criminals are still on chairs? And the victim had to step back at home due to unsafe and unworkable environment.

6. Ujala Bharti-Case (2018-2019)

Being a faculty, you must get dissertation students but didn’t, on so many excuses especially in the last few years. In case got, then students had been transferred to some other faculty overnight after my complaints of academic pattern fraud, without even listening to me or taking care of University rules. Not just that but concerned students stole their dissertation from my office room, after office hours and my complaints have been thrown to dustbin again.

Same day, there was neem case date in district court and I had informed the same to office about my non availability due to that. But to my surprise, the viva of these students had been done the same day, in my absence and even in the absence of coordinator at that time. Such hurriedness and keeping one person busy in many cases, at the same time talk a lot about these cases.

7. Exams Fraud, December 2019

Departmental faculty, some teachers took some so-called exam of M.Tech. and B.Tech. students in 4-days in such a way that even supercomputers or robots would feel ashamed.

Director himself was party to that and even after information to higher authorities, no action has been taken in that case. Rather the happenings were telling that even higher authorities were party to all this.

Almost at the same time, I was facing some other medical emergency of my mother. A gall bladder operation with some special designing. That’s for some other book, related to “fake medical emergency creations like CoVID-19.”

8. Big Boss Houses (2011-Continue)

These cases revolve around two big boss houses on MDU campus and some gambling over the decades. Big boss houses mean worst kinda surveillance abuse.

These houses 

H#16, Type-3, MDU (2011-2017) and 

H#30, Type-4, MDU (2017-Continue) 

have special numbers of gamble and so-many coded, cryptic crimes footprints even today.

There is more, much more –

So much, that any normal person can feel disgust about these so-called parallel cases and real crimes over the years. And worst, the attitude of authorities and so-called committees reports, talking about the kind of system, we are living in.

Campus Crime Series-1 is a small step ahead in further understanding even more serious cases related to health. Some medical cases would further help in understanding medical emergencies of fake diseases, fake operations but real deaths (Assisted murders). Mostly, political gambling creations, like Covid-Corona Pandemic. That would be next to this series.

After meeting some after many years realized some has become robots rather than behaving like real humans. When they will talk, when not, when they will walk, when not, what they will eat, what not and each and every aspect of their life is decided by this cryptic code? And strangely it changes so many things. Interesting World! 

What relation it could have with Big Boss House 30, Type-4 and bathroom complaints?

University authorities ordered for corrective measures? GB (General Branch) people repaired that?

Or they are also just another part to this series of abuse, harassments and bullying? 

Women here have no right to livable and workable environment and growth? Chairs are criminals in support of criminals?

Job has no meaning if there are no livable and workable environment and growth opportunities. 

Who are these political parties talking just about job, job and job? Why are not they talking along crime, crime and crime and no corrective measures? How anyone could do job in such an environment?

And jobs, people don't get as they are eligible and entitled and came through some scrutiny, but you big people gift them? Can enforce to leave even kinda everything is "बाप की Private प्रॉपर्टी"?  ED special?

I joined DET (Now UIET), MDU on 6.10.2008

After joining went home and went straight to grandpa's room. I informed him that I joined but did not like this new department environment. Someone just outside Director office made some students "murga" and was talking in strange Haryanvi language. When I entered that waiting room, he looked towards me and said, "Madam you can sit here and wait for Director sir. Director sir will come after some time, in Haryanvi again." 

Hoon! Grandpa responded that he was listening. And then asked, "Did you join or not?"

I informed, I did, as Director sir had come just after some time. But strangely, few people had already joined before me, even without any medical certificate. When I went on Friday, I had been informed that I was late, by Director sir. Though it was 4.30 PM or 4.45PM. On that had been informed that Saturday, there cannot be any joining, so come on Monday. Today, no-one was there except me and that Haryanvi speaking sir, up to that time. 

(I myself used to speak Haryanvi but not in office, mostly in Haryana roadways (daily up down from Rohtak to Delhi days). This department taught me that too, along with many such things, for good or for bad.)

Grandpa interrupted and said, "People try to be over-smart, especially with newcomers like you. Who joined first and who later, makes a difference in seniority, but it's OK. It wouldn't matter in long run. I know, you will overcome such petty things."

UIET (DET, Department of Engineering then) Biotechnology Department environment was not that unfamiliar. Biotechnology faculty was from Bio-Sciences, my earlier department. Directly or indirectly, I knew all of them. Some were seniors. Some had joined along with me. All of them were PhD. compared to other departments of this institute, where except few, most were M.Tech. Some had even experience of teaching and further research, including Young Scientist Project. Engineering in Biotechnology was a comparatively new field in India. Though later on I felt that director sir was helping, so forgot a few more such happenings.

Just after few months of joining, I had an accident in the parking of department. And it took almost one and half year to recover fully. Due to this accident, I had to leave hostel as I needed someone as help. I took a flat in sector-14. My landlord lady was a soft spoken and helping lady. 

One day, landlord lady asked me to vacate the house. Just a day before, some MLA wife visited my landlords. 

The landlord lady said, her son was planning to come to India. So they needed that upper portion for some bathroom repair. Then she asked me, "Do you know that lady?" -- MLA wife, who visited yesterday.

I said, yes, she is an MLA wife. Though don't know much and don't like that family. With that, I gave a stop to that conversation.

I had already applied for campus housing and was waiting for the same. So did not give much attention to that conversation. But next day again, landlord lady asked the same. And I said, aunty, I had applied for campus housing and probably would get, as there were some vacant houses. But she insisted that it was urgent. 

I had no other option than to search for some other home. And I had to shift to a nearby home within sector-14. Just after few months, I got H#16, Type 3.  

I had left some part of furniture in that home and when I went to take that, I came to know that her younger son, who had taken new Storm Safari had a terrible accident. I could not say anything and came back. After that I never visited that home. Though met these people a few times, nearby sector shopping area. 

One day a friend who was a doctor in PGI, said something and it triggered my mind. Many strange things happened during that time period in that circle surrounding. But why this reverse back memory? -- out of nowhere?

I reminded or should say travelled back many times to know some facts including sector-14. house numbers, people there and surrounding. Who was there in that surrounding and some interactions. Some proposals (and if relation with some scandal?) and some interestingly interwoven stories. So many things, we understand only after so many years.

Somehow, some such accidents, and even deaths happened later on also. There was no meaning of any kinda doubt when they happened. But after this knowledge of codes and cryptic world, so many such happenings became doubtful. Doubtful for a reason. 

Covid-19 happenings put kinda stamp on such doubts. How could be so many coincidences on those specific times, with specific names people and events of happenings? It's kinda, "करे कोई, भरे कोई".  Common person always an innocent and ignorant sufferer in this kinda politics.

I reversed back, as much as I could to understand so many things. As that was the only answer to my doubts. There will be more such posts in this "Interesting World, Interestingly Interwoven". Common people knowledge about such cryptic world can change much. I am just a learner, like so many people there.
