Dear Justice Holders of India (?)
Sorry for question mark but doubt becomes real after so many complaints, realizing the way of ignorance (?) acknowledgement somewhere (?) or happens attitude (?) of justice holders of my country?
Heard somewhere, busy supreme court of my country, is hearing and listening, with open eyes and mind, whatever is happening.
One sample case is there of the craft and craft of political theatre and consequences for common people like me, who knew nothing about it till few years back.
Violence at H#16, Type-3 on 10.4.2019
It was an organized crime and university authorities were party to it. It can be checked by cross checking videos on Gajender Phogat FB wall and one provided by Dr. Sajjan Dahiya. Complaints as done by me and report of police and PGI (medical).
After this Violence on 10.4.2019, two more cases of such kinda fraud happened within same year. Bharti-Ujjla overnight guide change and December Exams fraud 2019. They were academic fraud but somehow led to COVID-19.
COVID-19 was in continuity to that. I guess, knowledgeable people like you understand better that, than someone like me, who is still in learning phase of this strange gambling world ways.
I had been kidnapped by police on the name of disaster management on 26-4-2021. After going through that I wrote a memoire without realizing what was that. It was only after reading that again and again and cross checking these cases that could realize that such things are common in this political gambling. But why? Why those people should suffer who are not party to this gambling? Then be it me or so many people who had to suffer or even murdered via such crimes?
So many cases against a person who had no such problems earlier, within such a short time period 2017-2021? I was student of this university before that. I did my M.Sc and Ph.D (2000-2008) from here. Since 2008, I was working as an assistant professor. No case in so many years. But so many after joining back?
And all this happened after my joining back in November 2017. I had resigned in October 2017 due to threats to life, in different forms and problems at official space and campus residence. But I had been called back on the assurance that things will improve.
Such cases at higher educational institute don't need supreme court hearing? Is this simple lynching case/s? Or indication of a rotten system? Supreme court is also party to that? If not then you are requested again to take necessary action.
