Dr. Veerbhan complaint had 29-pages plus DVD complaint against me.

I had been given first page only of that complaint. I came to know about those 29-pages plus DVD much later.

Naturally, requested to provide the same and got after some dilly-dally tactics. Excuses were there is nothing in other pages except chemicals list. But why to hide even if chemicals list? Complaint means whole complaint, not parts. Another interesting saga of these cases is that all complaints have been hidden or given after many requests much later.

Fact is those 2-29 pages are more than interesting in many ways. And talk their own story.

Chemicals list is funny. It has even expired chemicals list. Chemicals of 2010, 2012, 2013 etc.

Many such interesting blunders were there.

I did not get that DVD even after getting these 29 pages. Got that even much later. And that finishes the case itself. Rather should say, charges must be against the creator of this interesting case i.e. Dr. Veerbhan.

This case again somehow talks about my enforced resignation in 2017 and compelling conditions of that office environment.

This case happened in August 2018 but all complaints and conditions were there in 2017 itself in official correspondences including mails by some colleagues.

Only after studying these cases I could understand what was happening with the instruments, chemicals, classes and labs.

Complaints against Dr. Veerbhan were about world bank project TEQIP instruments much before this case happened.

I had not even the idea of some instruments. Some meeting discussion and one complaint mail against Dr. Veerbhan by Dr. Sonia informed about that.

This case creator complained about his own labs 312 and 316.

But provided the CD of lab no. 103 (Central lab)! That central lab has its own tale.

Not just that but a drama was created to open the lab no. 316 in presence of some special characters.

Purpose?

That's how all these cases are. That's how these parties fight.

That's what my point is about all these cases against me. That all these cases have special dramatics and strangest kind of loopholes and blunders.

These cases are curse not just to the person against whom they have been created but surrounding and society also. They have not just impacted or taken away the life of the person against whom they have been created but somehow damaged the good in the surrounding.

People are not generally bad but this kinda politics somehow dragged them along its way by ignorance or knowingly. Most sane and well intentioned people also.

Strangest point is that, this kinda politics is not just creating enmity between people but also creates all such kinda ills and diseases which in real don't exist.

There are so many mails and correspondences regarding all such issues during that time period. But better to cut short and be to the point.

This case happened on 29th August, 2018 and central lab-103, on 30th August, 2018. And 1st September, I was in Psycho.

I wanted to check the central lab 103. I had asked the coordinator at that time for keys and coordinator said, keys are with the lab attendant. Lab attendant at that time Mr. Arvind first gave the keys then came along and said ma'am, give keys to me. I will open the lab. I gave the keys to him but then something happened and he said keys lost somewhere while standing in front of that lab itself. He was behaving such irritating way since some time. It irritated me further. I said then there must be another key. Bring that. He said, there was only one. I said then OK. No problem, break the lock. He started looking here and there like searching for key. And in frustration, I broke that lock in presence of students and security guard. Even colleagues and director had come. Recording had been done. But there was no complaint about that lab as it should not be. I had not done any crime. Just opened a blocked central lab, blocked on different silly excuses.

And Dr. Veerbhan gave that CD of lab 103 lock broken by me as proof of his own lab? Central lab is also his own lab? If so then why he did not complaint about that lab?

Interesting?

It talks about conditions and academic environment of department. Keep others instruments in own lab. Keep central lab instruments in own lab. Block central facilities. Finish off someone's lab. And then do complain even against the sufferer! And committee would not write even a word against him but me! Advised to behave sensibly! But thankfully did not charge as thief as charged by him. Committee did not care to check whose lab CD, he had given as a proof? Though I had complained about the same even to authorities after getting this committee report.

And I was there in mental err Psychiatry PGI on 1st September 2018. A Psycho Trailer. Further exposure of the kind of shitty system and crime tales.

(This book is part of Campus Crime Series-1)

Diggi Raja- What type of name is this?

Heard, it's the nick name of some politician D-I-G Vijaya Singh err Digvijaya Singh. Why I am talking out of nowhere of any such politician? Rather ask, how I came to know that any such politician also exits. 

One day, a B.Tech student came and gave an answer sheet to me to check. I wondered, how any student could give any answer sheet to check to any teacher, directly? I looked at that answer sheet, it was of Math. So I gave it back to him. But after some time, he came again with the same request. Naturally, I had to inform the matter to concerned branch. But came to know much later the relevance of this kinda games, plays and politics. And till today keep on wondering on this circus. Still, I am trying to understand this circus. At times feel a bit too confused. And at times, too shocked.

BDW, what's happening in Rajasthan politics? Can it be somehow related? No idea. Knowledgeable people can shed more light. With time, you will find some more such interesting happenings of this Interesting Cryptic World.

What a hype! What an operation! Kinda -- ?

The way, within few days of the so-called incidence, committee had been formed, three notices had been sent to me. Though without complain copy, with the words "would be discussed in the meeting". 

That's how cases should be tackled?

By 14-12-2017, I had been warned, that if you did not appear on this day, case would be decided by the committee ex-parte!

I got the first notice on 15-12-2017. 

I met committee on 16-12-2017 and replied the same day, based on whatever I could understand.

On the name of proof "What people said and wrote" considered as proof.

And committee gave its interesting report.

What happens when you create data/complaints backdate? It leaves its own tale.

A close look at the complaints against me talks about these backdate complaints creations.

There were a total of 5-6 complains, 2 or 3-each from B.Tech and 3 from M.Tech students in three different dates, talking about almost the whole semester.

All these complaints were in the same writing from the corresponding classes of M.Tech and B.Tech.

Fraud signatures of students except few (2-3). These few students (M.Tech) are involved in fraud in Bharti-Ujjala case also and some other illogical complaints.

Most important aspect being a teacher, I must have been informed about the complaint, if any. But strangely the director got so many complaints from M.Tech and B.Tech over a period of time but did not feel like to ask explanation for the same even once? Did not feel like even to inform? I guess, as per University rules and regulations, he must.

I got copies of these complaints from the committee after request. Till that time B.Tech students had already left the institute.

M.Tech students had been called to enquire. They said they had been called by the director to do so. I do not know the truth, if they had been told to do so by the director, some senior/s or both. 

The dates of those complaints are:

9th Oct. 2017, Just before sessional-1. 
(As per application, there was only one class and one lab till 24th Aug., 2017 (Ram-Rahim violence and shutdown days). 

What is this talk about up to 24th Aug., 2017, if the application had been written on 9th Oct. 2017? Should not they talk about up to that 9th Oct., 2017? 

If the director got this application just before sessional-1, then why I have not been given the same for an explanation or at least have been informed? 

There are some questions:
Who made the first sessional paper for that class? 
Have students boycotted that sessional? 
Who took away my sessional papers as my signatures are there on sessional papers (11.10.2017-13.10.2017)? Natural, me.

24th Oct., 2017, Just after Diwali vacations. 
Some outstation students were not even in Rohtak. Who did their signatures on these complaints?
Hostel opened late (as usual, the way it happens after Diwali vacations) especially mess as per that class itself. The record can be checked. 


10th Nov., 2017

I had already given my conditional resignation on Oct., 2017. Earlier, I had even talked about the same in the class. So wonder, if students had no such information?

As per application, there were 4-5 lectures till 25th Aug., 2017 (Ram-Rahim violence and shutdown days). 

What is this talk about 25th Aug., 2017 in an application written on 10th Nov. 2017, after my joining back?

Later on after providing them proof of my presence and duties, I had been informed that these leave have been adjusted. Though, at times even in later correspondence, they talked contradictory.

I noticed later, that there were two versions in this case. 

One, was of establishment branch (teaching) and 

other was of my institute office (Director) and committee members of this case especially Math. 

Later cases shed more light about this within university kinda fight/differences.

It's while making a file for this case that I got the idea of some specific group acting against me in crafting and drafting such cases, within the department. The first report was a one-way report by avoiding all evidences "including official correspondences indicating well my presence" and their contradictory versions. The most interesting saga of this complaint is that it's directly against the director and director himself was a committee member.

In August 2017, I had applied for earned leave, due to a threat to life environment within the Department. My application has been kept within the department unnecessarily for many days. When I enquired about the same in EB (Establishment Branch, Teaching), I have been informed that they did not get any such application. I enquired the same in the department and came to know that "application has been forwarded just today due to Ram-Rahim shut down disturbances and holidays". Though department diary says, work was on during some of those days. Later on, I was granted those leave, but lesser in number than applied for.

I joined back department after the completion of my earned leave but the environment has further deteriorated. I complained about the same to concerned authorities in writing but in vain. I continued my classes and labs in that environment up to the extent, I could. I complained about that threatening environment many times verbally also to the concerned authorities. I have been told that things will cool down with time. So-many tea offers and strange kind of stories were there either beyond my understanding or digestion.

There were so many holidays including Diwali vacations, so I thought, I would complete somehow that semester and need to think seriously about leaving this place, as life is more important than any job. Even after Diwali vacations, the environment did not improve. I waited for some more days and then met director, the day before leaving with "conditional resignation" in October last week, 2017.

I have been shown absent for the whole Month, 2017 and my salary has been stopped.

I had been called back and given verbal assurance (telephonic), that I must join back, things will improve. I had informed before that conditional resignation that I will be outstation and could only be available either via phone or email. During this time period Oct. last and Nov. start, 2017, I was in touch with the department/uni either via phone or emails responses.

In Nov., 2017, I came back, joined in the hope that things will improve. But felt with time, that I have been called to entrap in cases, one after the other so that can be kicked out officially, and these people needed time to remove or counter all evidences.

Campus Crime Series: Implant in The Lab!

She came one day sobbing along with two of her friends. I asked what happened? One of them said she is not well, has blah blah blah problem. Consoled her and tried to comfort her.

Then she came again but after that never in whole six months. A few times, I saw her in the deptartment and advised not to take anyone's leniency for granted or misuse that. Then she came only in the next semester. She talked about her problem in a bit detail.

I was like grrr same stories year after year... Parents were not ready to marry her with the guy she loved. Parents abusive, even violent. Even younger brother beat her. He used to come to department to check on her. Sympathetically, once, I asked her if I can talk to her parents. She said not right now, may be sometime later. She told me that some of her cousin will talk and hopefully will change her parents decision. With time she became a bit friendly but I felt she was acting as a spy and even offensive on times. She used to come to department but to put her bag there and then to take it back in the evening. Then she did not come many days. I enquired her friends. They told that she was disturbed. Lately, She used to be on phone  for long times. Though she told me she had not any phone. Her father had taken away that from her. They do not provide even internet access beyond their eyes in the home! 

I wondered about many of her lies also and on times on her oversmartness. On times there were so many questions on mind. What matters to people in life? Fake honour, power show offs, degrees, money? Parents or so called well wishers nose can be so big that they affect their children's happiness for life? What such people teach? Lies, manipulative ways and show of power/chair?! 

Social Engineering Underway...
I will write with time about a few more implants including some so-called friends (Dhabha FriendShip ke Naam Pe!) and some so-called well wishers/relatives! Two special ladies need some special attention and a light on their kaands! How things dramatically changed after my complaint to DGP, Haryana in 2014. A clear indication towards a cooking of some kinda khichari between some of University's authorities and some crooks, on times by overlooking all rules and regulations!

Memory Cells of Human Beings Vs. Computer or Machine Memory

What is the relation of memory cells of human being and computer or machine memory? 

How chemistry or physics, civil, mechanics, economics or art, work along with biological cell memory overtime?

The more I know about this digital gamble, the more I feel baffled about these kalakars fraud designs and experimentation!

The first culprit/s in this game are the designers or markers of these numbers, like tagging animals with some kinda RFID, without their consent or even knowledge. Who the hell gave these criminals these rights? The second line of culprits are the people who felt like they should play any such game. Then the followers and executers treating humans like some pawns in their hands, not even humans but robots.! The worst part is blocking in totality the stakeholder on which the deja-vu experimentations have been applied for so long until and unless that person herself started digging the gamble and complaining. 

The gap is human memory cells do not work the way a computer or machine memory works at many levels. The human memory cells are long term and short term depending on many factors but computer memory cells are only long term and fixed. Yes! Another difference is you cannot manipulate the human memory cells the same way as computer memory cells. The biggest difference is at the reading level. You cannot read a mind the same way as you can computer. Still, our knowledge of human mind-reading techniques is inadequate and too basic. The human mind is much more complex. 

The way so-called Cambridge-analytica abused the data by illegal stealing is not simple abuse but it was an intentional try to destroy a human being by throwing acid. The blocked-zone experimental human even did not know why things were happening the way they were happening until and unless came to know the digital gambling. The worst part, the so-called well-wishers official or nonofficials were not just talking in that language but even trying to find the solution of this problem via this digital gambling! It is like even if intentions are not wrong, the ways are. The ways are like adding salt to the deep injury errr Deep State's crimes.

National Commission for Women, New Delhi

I got a love letter today from this sweet women rights commission. A letter of acknowledgement from First Appellate Authority under RTI Act, 2005! This National Women Rights Commission of India did not feel like even to reply to my RTI!

When I got a pathetic response from Haryana police then sent my complaint to this commission:

I do not know why these people even accept any application and give acknowledgment IF DO NOT HAVE ANY POWER RATHER WILL TO WORK FOR THE CAUSE THEY ARE PART OF! 

What is the role of a counsellor? Do they look into the seriousness of the matter? Counselors are junior people. Orders come from higher authorities. These people and bodies are mere puppets of governments and typical politicians!

Curiosity and Experimentation

I was that gal who was confined to her own small world of family, relatives and friends. Beyond this, my world was music, lil-bit readings, traveling and anonymous blog writings. Social sites were too restricted zone. I had deleted my FB profile when found day by day stalking and indirect writings (subtle hints) about my posts. But when I decided to come back and made another FB profile then that was not just for interaction with friends but with the attitude to fight back. Before the deletion of my earlier FB profile, I became certain that this person had access to that. The first direct proof was I wrote in only for me zone, "Dare You Write Directly". And there was a post on his FB profile about a call to one of my overseas friend.

When I made my new profile I knew he had access to my old profile even when I had changed my password. He was even listening to all my calls and was writing even about that. It was a disgusting feeling that how anyone could be so mean and stupid and vella. I wondered how a person at the level of IG could be so free?  Now the first thing was to know if he would have access to the new profile also? And I was sure just after few posts that he had access to this profile also! He was not in friend list in new profile but still had access to that. This person used to write "thok ke bhav" public posts. Another thing I came to know through "........" about his only for friend's post (comparatively small in number), is that some posts he wrote only for friends but even there  were a few related to me. Though I was not in his friend list now! Dimaag khiska, chal friend request bhejh but then thought abe jaane de, you yourself had deleted him. But the khurapaati dimag said send na and see what happens. After all this new FB profile was to know the truth. I did and what happened? He wrote kinda an innocent kid though words told clear cut "stalking you!"

Clear cut gadbad ghotala! Too unequal fight and too unequal rights! On that abuse of those rights! Then I wrote a few times some posts in "only me" zone. And got indirect replies in posts on his FB wall. So called "Fascinating-bridge" in his own words/post! How that bridge was working? I wrote in only for me whatever I felt like and reply was in his public posts. It was kinda writer is replying to someone and public is getting some thing else! Some posts were a bit difficult to understand so again I wrote something indirectly in some only for me post... 

And an interpreter was there, who explained the meaning of difficult posts/words! It was a bit surprising to me. 
E-Khaps: With time, I found many persons, not just police people but civilians helping him in lynching, rebuking, insulting people on too private matters. Welcome to E-Khaps! It was kinda India was not a democracy but dictatocracy. Vultures of Culture were talking about "orbits" by forgetting their own "orbits"!  

I sensed this indirect but still direct  drama with "Adami", Dlilip Kumar, Manoj Kumar... "Sab sun raha hoon main" post on some colleague's wall (DPR, MDU). He wrote the same way from Toad to Amaltas! 

I never met the person, never talked to him on phone, "as per my knowledge". Though I got faltu calls on times and cannot say from where and whose calls were those! He wrote even about a few such calls, I got. Some such calls were "unknown nos" while some kinda toon, toon, toon, kinda busy tone, no light on phone screen and no number was there! Later on I read about such phone calls and their reality in some security blogs.

It was the time when I started reading about surveillance a bit on a serious note. Many things happened during that period at personal, home and professional front and there was a continuous live commentary on these few profiles. I was living kinda 24hr-public life now. It was kinda nothing personal left in life! The consequences of this so-called "know the truth" and "fight back" were a bit not so normal. Especially for the person who was too reserved and believed in living in her own small world of family, friends and relatives. The internet to calls to location to live commentary "watching you"!! The most disgusting part was this later part and most difficult to deal! With time things were kinda we are living in a naked world. This was not just about me! It was targeted, it was random. MDU was a hot spot or probably it was the limit of my knowledge zone.

What? Why? And how? Provoked curiosity and  kinda became experimentation when I started analyzing things in hindsight (especially since 2012)!! Blog writing helped a lot in all that along with reading some security blogs I was following since last few years. Music kinda soul helped at every front. After so much public dhamaal of surveillance, direct-indirect talk and trails here and there, could not believe someone could reply like this person did against my complaint to DGP. Even though he knew well that not just ignorant public but some experts from here and there have been watching this zone.

A VC who had corruption charges against him and the news was in media at that time. Wonder! Which courtesy call had invited a CID IG to that University as chief of some programme? 

Such a scholar! Meritious person! I did not know people do write such things against complaint's reply! APNE MUH MIYAAN MITTU! 

But do not you feel any shame when you lie so stupidly after doing public drama along with your gang? Perhaps No! If had been "AB TAK CHULU BHAR PAANI MAIN DOOBKE MAR CHUKE HOTE Mr. Liar!" 

Have Some! At least lil-bit! 

GO AHEAD! AND FILE A CASE AGAINST ME RATHER THAN SHOWING YOUR SHALLOWNESS! YOU PSHYCOPATH! OH RATHER SHARAPHAT!

And what about Haryana police???
They allowed such people to behave this way with a women even after complaint. On that till now showing NO PROGRESS in the case! 

How to drag any case and "try to kill that" AND FURTHER HARRASS THE COMPLAINANT.. learn from Indian Police Officers (IPS) and Haryana Police.. Almost after 8-months of so-called investigation then ASP Rohtak said: "I am not competent enough to investigate against a senior police officer!!" SHAME on DGP office and Haryana Police and SO-CALLED IPS OFFICER!!

If there had been nothing then why an ASP needed 8-months to say that? File must have been closed the very first day! Since March 2015, that file is getting dust at some other senior officer's table. Interestingly even he seems not able enough to give a report. I had called once and even sent an email regarding the same BUT INDIA HAI JI YE!

I WANT TO KNOW FROM ALL THOSE CONCERNED PEOPLE WHO ARE DOING ALL KINDA DRAAMEBAAZI ON THE NAME OF WOMEN'S DAY, WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS COMPLAINT??

Dear Sir,

I am Vijay Dangi, Assistant Professor, MDU, Rohtak. This complaint is against Mr. Rajbir Deswal, IG, Karnal.

It was in the early months of 2012, when i started feeling uncomfortable about some posts on some FB wall. That FB wall was of then IG, CID, Mr. Rajbir Deswal. I added him in my friend list due to some good impression (Honest and blah blah) given about him by a colleague DPR, MDU, Rohtak. But in very short time that impression turned into depression. Day by day, Mr. Rajbir Deswal wrote FB posts about my day by day happenings or mishappenings. I was surprised that how that could happen. With time, i realized that some of his friends on FB, were also writing about me and that colleague. I confronted but in vain. I asked this colleague to confront but his reply was "ak to policia uspe jat kaun panga le"! After discussion with my well wishers, i stopped talking to this colleague and avoided him as far as i could. But those personal attacks kept on increasing on these people's FB walls. These people have been listening all my calls, checking mails, blogs, social site/s and then kind of dissecting them since early 2012. They are applying their own judgements and prejudices and writing in such a way (indirect), that people could understand well whom they are targeting. If that was not enough, these people not just wrote about my phone calls but family, friends, relatives, colleagues, my lifestyle, strengths and weaknesses. Mr. Rajbir Deswal has also been watching me, almost 24hrs. How, i do not know! They wrote like goons and did hahahha on my personal life, professional life, bank accounts, salary, shopping, dog, trips, students, classes, official meetings, eating habits, food, cooking, my backyard plants, many happenings/mishappenings in my home, fractions with boss/Director/VC. They did not spare me in my home, office, on road, market or any person in my life or surrounding. They wrote about each and every aspect, they could including my cloths, all type of online purchases including undergarments. Worst, when i stopped talking to this colleague, they tried to show to the public that i was someone third person in some old friend's married life! The truth, i met last, that guy in 2005 and talked to him on phone in 2010, before his marriage. When these people were writing all this bakwas in the form of public posts, i asked that guy, Fighter Pilot in IAF, on FB what was the problem in his life. And the answer was nothing at all!

Amidst all this drama, many posts of Mr. Rajbir Deswal were so offending and kind of talking about his own interest! These people wrote about my headaches, fever, cough, periods, body parts and much much more! Sir, I am no criminal, do not any case against me. I have even written publicly long back and told Mr. Rajbir Deswal to act legally if there was any offence on my part rather than conducting a Kagaroo Court in such a demeaning way. I wonder if people at such a responsible post could behave like this with a women then what we can expect from others? My humble request, please take appropriate action so that such people cannot behave same way with others.

I found this blog balanced, giving a view on pros and cons of security and surveillance. No doubt, we need security and cannot avoid new edge technologies in today's cyberwar race but at the same time we need our basic human rights and dignity. Misuse of these technologies for so called officials petty egos and worthless righteousness is unacceptable. Only cowards can bow in front of such people, not the ones who can call a spade a spade and believe in fighting for their rights!!
