It's while making a file for this case that I got the idea of some specific group acting against me in crafting and drafting such cases, within the department. The first report was a one-way report by avoiding all evidences "including official correspondences indicating well my presence" and their contradictory versions. The most interesting saga of this complaint is that it's directly against the director and director himself was a committee member.

In August 2017, I had applied for earned leave, due to a threat to life environment within the Department. My application has been kept within the department unnecessarily for many days. When I enquired about the same in EB (Establishment Branch, Teaching), I have been informed that they did not get any such application. I enquired the same in the department and came to know that "application has been forwarded just today due to Ram-Rahim shut down disturbances and holidays". Though department diary says, work was on during some of those days. Later on, I was granted those leave, but lesser in number than applied for.

I joined back department after the completion of my earned leave but the environment has further deteriorated. I complained about the same to concerned authorities in writing but in vain. I continued my classes and labs in that environment up to the extent, I could. I complained about that threatening environment many times verbally also to the concerned authorities. I have been told that things will cool down with time. So-many tea offers and strange kind of stories were there either beyond my understanding or digestion.

There were so many holidays including Diwali vacations, so I thought, I would complete somehow that semester and need to think seriously about leaving this place, as life is more important than any job. Even after Diwali vacations, the environment did not improve. I waited for some more days and then met director, the day before leaving with "conditional resignation" in October last week, 2017.

I have been shown absent for the whole Month, 2017 and my salary has been stopped.
I had been called back and given verbal assurance (telephonic), that I must join back, things will improve. I had informed before that conditional resignation that I will be outstation and could only be available either via phone or email. During this time period Oct. last and Nov. start, 2017, I was in touch with the department/uni either via phone or emails responses.

In Nov., 2017, I came back, joined in the hope that things will improve. But felt with time, that I have been called to entrap in cases, one after the other so that can be kicked out officially, and these people needed time to remove or counter all evidences.
