Dear Sir,
I am Dr. Vijay Dangi. I complained earlier also. Here are some proofs of kind of cases, I had to deal due to my complaints and persistent protests, I guess -- against human rights violations and crafted and drafted cases, from 2017-2021.
This is a case of open and blunt abuse of chairs and power show. The stronger the protest from the victim, cruel the consequences.
I had been enforced to resign in 2017 due to non workable conditions in classes and labs and human rights violations at campus residences as complained earlier also.
I joined back in November 2017, after an official call that things will improve. But I had to face even worse in the form of cases after cases from 2017-2021, until I stepped back again due to deteriorated conditions.
Here is a glimpse of one case, Violence, H#16, Type-3 on 10-4-2019. This case is enough to give you an idea, what kinda cases were these from 2017-2021.

--on the excuse of disaster management is even bigger crime. I will take some more time to deal with these two later cases and present whatever happened and what can be done to prevent such political designs against humanity by governments and big MNCs.
But a glimpse of that disaster is -- A recording of master baiting of Director and Ex-Director of my institute (UIET, MDU, Rohtak). As that was again a scripted play of a crime. Something like operation warp speed.

One Video provided by Dr. Sajjan Dahiya himself (Person who complained that I entered his home). This video talks about the crafted version of play. It needed to check for its originality also as inside house clothes were full of blood stains but outside while coming out, spotless.

Are there some rules for authorities to provide a safe and working environment at the workplace to employees? Or our universities are ruled by goons or at least taken over by goons? Goons are still there but the victim cannot work.
Rather than ensuring her a safe and workable environment, her ENFORCED RESIGNATION have been accepted. That's why they were doing cases after cases and problems at office and residence.
What kinda security was this? What they were doing?
Same kinda report presentation is there by committees in other cases.
Is it acceptable in our higher education institutes? All rules and regulations have gone to hell?
COVID like crimes cannot happen without the ignorance or involvement of academicians and our higher educational institutes and governing bodies.
You are requested to take required measures against criminals and save educational institutes from goons and provide employees equal rights.
