2. Sunit Mukherjee Case (9.12.2017)

What was that case?

What exactly had happened?

What were different versions of students, faculty/ies and by Sunit Mukherjee and Vijay Dangi?

What's so special in these different versions and names especially students?

What was the speed of formation of committee, meetings and then committee report?

Who were these committee members? Did you notice if they were in some other committees also? Noticed any working difference in different committees? (Show, Don't Tell)

Recently, I came across an interesting video on Youtube. Wonder, if any kinda correlation, in any sense? My focus was on Supreme Court Judges and Indian Justice System.

About The Book

(This book is part of Campus Crime Series-1)

In this book, there is introduction to “crafts and drafts of parallel cases”, fake case creations. There is strange but noticeable plants tales -- example taken of “Neem Case” and a coded and cryptic world. 

I gave name to that world is “Cocktales of Crime, Politics and Science.”

In such cases, things first look like laughable, foolish and illiterate kinda superstitious stuff or mere irritations. Then you start noticing, something strange but noticeable. These strange and noticeable things in front of your eyes, remind you so many such things in the past also. It's talking about parallel happenings within home or surrounding, and happenings within office, classes and labs and campus residence and surrounding. This is about Andhere-Ujaale, talking in the form of Plants Tales.

This book has been divided into seven parts including:

1.    Complaints by me to university authorities

University can order to cut thousands of trees on the campus, under some gamble?

University rules are different for different employees when it comes to facilities, rules and regulations?

University needs to provide some services but would not to just one person?

What if you have to do that work yourself, by spending some extra time and money from your own pocket? Even then would you have some adverse consequences?

Dr. Veerbhan complaint had 29-pages plus DVD complaint against me.

I had been given first page only of that complaint. I came to know about those 29-pages plus DVD much later.

Naturally, requested to provide the same and got after some dilly-dally tactics. Excuses were there is nothing in other pages except chemicals list. But why to hide even if chemicals list? Complaint means whole complaint, not parts. Another interesting saga of these cases is that all complaints have been hidden or given after many requests much later.

Fact is those 2-29 pages are more than interesting in many ways. And talk their own story.

Chemicals list is funny. It has even expired chemicals list. Chemicals of 2010, 2012, 2013 etc.

Many such interesting blunders were there.

I did not get that DVD even after getting these 29 pages. Got that even much later. And that finishes the case itself. Rather should say, charges must be against the creator of this interesting case i.e. Dr. Veerbhan.

This case again somehow talks about my enforced resignation in 2017 and compelling conditions of that office environment.

This case happened in August 2018 but all complaints and conditions were there in 2017 itself in official correspondences including mails by some colleagues.

Only after studying these cases I could understand what was happening with the instruments, chemicals, classes and labs.

Complaints against Dr. Veerbhan were about world bank project TEQIP instruments much before this case happened.

I had not even the idea of some instruments. Some meeting discussion and one complaint mail against Dr. Veerbhan by Dr. Sonia informed about that.

This case creator complained about his own labs 312 and 316.

But provided the CD of lab no. 103 (Central lab)! That central lab has its own tale.

Not just that but a drama was created to open the lab no. 316 in presence of some special characters.

Purpose?

That's how all these cases are. That's how these parties fight.

That's what my point is about all these cases against me. That all these cases have special dramatics and strangest kind of loopholes and blunders.

These cases are curse not just to the person against whom they have been created but surrounding and society also. They have not just impacted or taken away the life of the person against whom they have been created but somehow damaged the good in the surrounding.

People are not generally bad but this kinda politics somehow dragged them along its way by ignorance or knowingly. Most sane and well intentioned people also.

Strangest point is that, this kinda politics is not just creating enmity between people but also creates all such kinda ills and diseases which in real don't exist.

There are so many mails and correspondences regarding all such issues during that time period. But better to cut short and be to the point.

Dr. Veerbhan case has:

3. Counter complaints by faculty and students against Dr. Veerbhan even before this case
4. Committee report and some interesting points to note.

This case happened on 29th August, 2018 and central lab-103, on 30th August, 2018. And 1st September, I was in Psycho.

I wanted to check the central lab 103. I had asked the coordinator at that time for keys and coordinator said, keys are with the lab attendant. Lab attendant at that time Mr. Arvind first gave the keys then came along and said ma'am, give keys to me. I will open the lab. I gave the keys to him but then something happened and he said keys lost somewhere while standing in front of that lab itself. He was behaving such irritating way since some time. It irritated me further. I said then there must be another key. Bring that. He said, there was only one. I said then OK. No problem, break the lock. He started looking here and there like searching for key. And in frustration, I broke that lock in presence of students and security guard. Even colleagues and director had come. Recording had been done. But there was no complaint about that lab as it should not be. I had not done any crime. Just opened a blocked central lab, blocked on different silly excuses.

And Dr. Veerbhan gave that CD of lab 103 lock broken by me as proof of his own lab? Central lab is also his own lab? If so then why he did not complaint about that lab?

Interesting?

It talks about conditions and academic environment of department. Keep others instruments in own lab. Keep central lab instruments in own lab. Block central facilities. Finish off someone's lab. And then do complain even against the sufferer! And committee would not write even a word against him but me! Advised to behave sensibly! But thankfully did not charge as thief as charged by him. Committee did not care to check whose lab CD, he had given as a proof? Though I had complained about the same even to authorities after getting this committee report.

And I was there in mental err Psychiatry PGI on 1st September 2018. A Psycho Trailer. Further exposure of the kind of shitty system and crime tales.

So up to here it was from conditional resignation 2017 to Psychiatry 2018.

Why these criminals are still on chairs?

Some questions: 

Why M.Tech students did not come to give sessional at 11.00AM on 10.04.2019? 

(Students/M.Tech. Sessional/Gamble Code?) 

Rather why got rent cut letter on 10.04.2019, dated 9.4.2019 against complain on 26.11.2018 complain? 

Sajjan Dahiya also found furniture on 9.4.2019 -- that's also, outside H#16, Type-3?

When Dr Sajjan Dahiya shifted to that house? 

No one noticed Dr. Vijay Dangi to shift that furniture in that house, after talk with authorities? (On record email)

Connection with Dr. Sajjan Dahiya's hurriedness to shift, just after my furniture shift -- after that official correspondence by me?

Everything happened within 4-5days.

What type of calculations were these for rent cut? 

I did not ask about H#30, Type-4 rent cut as when we take a house in campus we don't get HRA or any other special cuts. Then what kinda calculations were these for H#30, Type-4? 

The rent matter was of H#16, Type-3. 

How university could take away a house and would give another non livable, worse than the earlier? Why did not repair house 16, type-3 till the time it was with me? It has been repaired just after taken over by me? What kinda targeting is that?

Why University did not repair house 30, type-4 even after repeated requests till today? It is talking in itself what kind of targeting university has been involved and on purpose to kick me out from job.

Numbers, months and rent cuts and gambling? Universities are for education or political parties or outsiders gangs gambling adda?

A parallel case for some other crime like so-many other cases? Somehow hyped, twisted, altered and manipulated as per political designs?

Who are these criminals who have entered universities? Can outsiders claim any right on university property/residences, offices, labs etc? 

What type of committees are these?

Why University gave that house to Dr. Sajjan Dahiya? To remove that house scandals evidences? Why Dr. Sajjan Dahiya took that even after informing the complaints of surveillance of that house?

What is the role of Dr. Vikas Siwach in both these house surveillance scandals? This person is a history sheeter, even outside university and needs special investigation. Some details I can give. Though as far as I could understand courts themselves know more than me.

Committee observations, meetings and all proceedings are in “gamble’s code”! What should I expect? 

They did not feel like even to know that University had made some so-called House examination committee/s and did not provide me any reports till today, rather kinda enforced me to psychiatric torture. As truth was horror!

 When I did not take some so-called prescribed medicines by psycho-people, I have been coerced to take an injection! I had to bear the trauma and torture of that injection for so-long!
