I joined DET (Now UIET), MDU on 6.10.2008

After joining went home and went straight to grandpa's room. I informed him that I joined but did not like this new department environment. Someone just outside Director office made some students "murga" and was talking in strange Haryanvi language. When I entered that waiting room, he looked towards me and said, "Madam you can sit here and wait for Director sir. Director sir will come after some time, in Haryanvi again." 

Hoon! Grandpa responded that he was listening. And then asked, "Did you join or not?"

I informed, I did, as Director sir had come just after some time. But strangely, few people had already joined before me, even without any medical certificate. When I went on Friday, I had been informed that I was late, by Director sir. Though it was 4.30 PM or 4.45PM. On that had been informed that Saturday, there cannot be any joining, so come on Monday. Today, no-one was there except me and that Haryanvi speaking sir, up to that time. 

(I myself used to speak Haryanvi but not in office, mostly in Haryana roadways (daily up down from Rohtak to Delhi days). This department taught me that too, along with many such things, for good or for bad.)

Grandpa interrupted and said, "People try to be over-smart, especially with newcomers like you. Who joined first and who later, makes a difference in seniority, but it's OK. It wouldn't matter in long run. I know, you will overcome such petty things."

UIET (DET, Department of Engineering then) Biotechnology Department environment was not that unfamiliar. Biotechnology faculty was from Bio-Sciences, my earlier department. Directly or indirectly, I knew all of them. Some were seniors. Some had joined along with me. All of them were PhD. compared to other departments of this institute, where except few, most were M.Tech. Some had even experience of teaching and further research, including Young Scientist Project. Engineering in Biotechnology was a comparatively new field in India. Though later on I felt that director sir was helping, so forgot a few more such happenings.

Just after few months of joining, I had an accident in the parking of department. And it took almost one and half year to recover fully. Due to this accident, I had to leave hostel as I needed someone as help. I took a flat in sector-14. My landlord lady was a soft spoken and helping lady. 

One day, landlord lady asked me to vacate the house. Just a day before, some MLA wife visited my landlords. 

The landlord lady said, her son was planning to come to India. So they needed that upper portion for some bathroom repair. Then she asked me, "Do you know that lady?" -- MLA wife, who visited yesterday.

I said, yes, she is an MLA wife. Though don't know much and don't like that family. With that, I gave a stop to that conversation.

I had already applied for campus housing and was waiting for the same. So did not give much attention to that conversation. But next day again, landlord lady asked the same. And I said, aunty, I had applied for campus housing and probably would get, as there were some vacant houses. But she insisted that it was urgent. 

I had no other option than to search for some other home. And I had to shift to a nearby home within sector-14. Just after few months, I got H#16, Type 3.  

I had left some part of furniture in that home and when I went to take that, I came to know that her younger son, who had taken new Storm Safari had a terrible accident. I could not say anything and came back. After that I never visited that home. Though met these people a few times, nearby sector shopping area. 

One day a friend who was a doctor in PGI, said something and it triggered my mind. Many strange things happened during that time period in that circle surrounding. But why this reverse back memory? -- out of nowhere?

I reminded or should say travelled back many times to know some facts including sector-14. house numbers, people there and surrounding. Who was there in that surrounding and some interactions. Some proposals (and if relation with some scandal?) and some interestingly interwoven stories. So many things, we understand only after so many years.

Somehow, some such accidents, and even deaths happened later on also. There was no meaning of any kinda doubt when they happened. But after this knowledge of codes and cryptic world, so many such happenings became doubtful. Doubtful for a reason. 

Covid-19 happenings put kinda stamp on such doubts. How could be so many coincidences on those specific times, with specific names people and events of happenings? It's kinda, "करे कोई, भरे कोई".  Common person always an innocent and ignorant sufferer in this kinda politics.

I reversed back, as much as I could to understand so many things. As that was the only answer to my doubts. There will be more such posts in this "Interesting World, Interestingly Interwoven". Common people knowledge about such cryptic world can change much. I am just a learner, like so many people there.

Covid Corona 19 is a Political Diseases: Allow me to Prove The Same (Petition)

Dear Justice Holders of India,

 I don't know much about law. I don't have access to any good lawyer also.

Probably that is why living in the human rights violations hell since such a long time period.

But now this is not the case of one woman, it turned out more sinister with time than it looked like earlier.

 

Covid-Corona-19 is a POLITICAL DISEASES like so many other such creations by politics.

If I say that I am the V in Co-V-ID-19, anyone can laugh and say it's ridiculous. But if I say that I have some proofs. Would this court of yours like to consider this petition to take measures to stop killing of common people by the nexus of pharmaceuticals and governments?

 

What are those proofs?

 

First and most important question for any person related to medical sciences is "Can a virus distinguish between hierarchy, cast, religion or chair?" If not, then why rules were so different for different people in the precautionary measures? For example: who should wear a mask and who were exempted.

 

Second, how COVID-19 is related to SARS-COV2?

 

When and where that virus was originated and how?

 

What type of scientific naming is this of CoV virus?

There is CoV2 and then directly CoV19?

What happened to the series in between CoV2 and Covid19?

And what’s this Co-Ro-Na?

What is this 1 with 9 (19)?

 

You don't need to consult for that any virologist or expert to the related field.

But need to carefully examine some cases, I have against me since 2017-2021.

 

In brief, I had resigned conditionally as an assistant professor in Oct., 2017 but had been called back by my office. 

Why?

Answers to the question lie in official mails and correspondence.

 

I had resigned due to continue human rights violations on University campus house, harassment on campus as well as outside campus and professional rights violations in the office.

After my joining back in November 2017, I had to deal with cases after cases against me. It means, indirect agenda was to enforce me to resign unconditionally. A person against whom this office or university had no cases earlier, instantly cooked up so many cases, one after the other.

 

 What were those cases? 

 

What I could understand from these cases that politics is based on gamble. That gamble has some codes. Some call that Political Code. In that political code, any diseases can be created, hyped and can even be called a pandemic, that is impacting large part of world. It's international in nature, just like this political code. 

 

How politicians talk about these political diseases codes?

 

Like Delhi CM, Mr Arvind Kejriwal keep on writing on twitter and talking about dengue, malaria etc.

“BJP is trying to spread dengue in Delhi.”

Can someone ask CM Delhi, Mr. Kejriwal, why BJP wanna spread dengue in Delhi? What BJP will get from that?

And if he knows something like that, why he doesn’t file a case against BJP?

How to understand this type of political code?

My humble request is to go through these cases against me from 2017-2021 to understand better this political design Covid-corona-19 and such other political disease.

You will find in these cases that they have a typical pattern. Each case consists something totally cooked up and beyond reasonable limits, against the proofs. There were committees in most of these cases. Their reports are contradictory to the facts.

 

After going through some of these cases, I realized that these cases have codes, names somehow related to the people, directly or indirectly related to some real crime/s (Campus crime series is all about that).

One important aspect of all these cases is play, "kinda scripted". It's not a script like in movies or plays but kinda direct or indirect instructions. In some such scripts, some people might not even know that they are party to something like that. But in large groups plays, at least some people know, what they were doing and why. For examples: Protesting farmers stormed Red Fort Delhi on 26^th January, 2021.

 

For example:

In an official meeting, two senior professors of my department UIET, MDU, Rohtak, including Director, Professor Yudhvir Singh and Ex Director Professor Rahul Rishi were kinda acting masturbating.

At University campus, within director office, in so-called official meeting, in front of a female colleague and many other faculty members and two senior professors of that department were masturbating?

What kind of office is that? What was happening there? And Why?

Many things happened in that office and its surrounding including plays, mischiefs, crimes earlier also but never ever experienced such a thing in any official meeting by some senior professors. With time, I had to stop to go to that office. I complained about that behaviour to the concerned authorities but in vain. Rather than listening to me or taking any corrective measures, I have been informed that your resignation has been accepted.

 

What is this code:

There are names. There are types kinda grading A, B, C, D. And there are some specific codes. Along with these alphabets there can be signs, symbols, colours combinations also.

Do judges need to understand this coding?

No.

Ø  Just need to check the names in cases against me and play part there.

Ø  Then give orders to get a cyber crime report of my email accounts especially yahoo mail and google drive.

Ø  My laptops technical problems and codes in those problems. People names or parties who are responsible for that.

Ø  Then documents related to these crimes including videos with me and people who are responsible for their corruption and a try to destroy them. Why and who are these people?

These few steps would be able to connect the links. For details allow me to present the case please, as it is related to common people lives.

One life or one woman’s human rights might not be a priority for a developing country like India, where courts are overburdened due to so many heinous crimes.

But I believe worldwide human tragedy like a pandemic, “created by humans” must be a top most priority to any court, no matter how much burdened justice holders of my country are.

 All above cases are metaphoric or say parallel cases, representing some real crimes somewhere. That is why they have codes. But some names are direct indications of some real people in those crimes.

Along with above cases, there is a list of day by day hurdles also by these parties in the form of plays and a try to create more cases. Such incidences and cases do have their own list like problems in documents/IDs including passport renewal (address change without applying for that), official name changes even after objections, official ID changes, Bank address changes even after objections, accidents and many other such examples.

With time, I realized all such hurdles were created by different parties as they are somehow linked to some political codes and parallel case creations fights like above cases.

The above written cases against me are just the tip of the iceberg. Society is full of worse than such crimes, including assisted murders of fetuses, children, adults and elders. The worst part is they are without documentation in most cases unlike the documented cases, I wrote above against me. But understanding this political coding would help in understanding such common people’s cases also. It’s a pattern fraud. It’s there in academics also. It’s there in diseases origin, progression, treatment as well as healing or termination also. It’s there in such types of deaths (I call them assisted murders) also.

 

Creation of a political disease means bioterror. Talking about some new strain of virus of that disease means creation of some new strain in the lab? No. Not necessary. There are so many chemicals and microorganisms which can create such terror. Another interesting aspect most research of such crimes and diseases do have a pattern fraud.

How to know if some disease is natural or political? Again codes are there. Codes are there in deaths, in numbers and region or places. And then there is something news propaganda of this party or that party.

 

For your kind knowledge:

I have already published some of the above case studies online to create a permanent record for public view as well as to have a copy with me in case of need as a precautionary measure. From my side, they are freely available for public view as I consider them part of academic riddle to present with a solution and social problems. Though concerned sites, that is Amazon and Blurb have some of their own commercial restrictions, where some of these cases have been published till now.

Other case studies are also in line of online publications for public view amid different kinda hurdles of technical laptop problems, typical codes and files corruption by cyber criminals.

Question here is, in today’s technology world how a common person would be able to fight these big tech companies and governments? What resources common person has in that case, even if want to fight such crimes?

For example, even to compile some of these cases, I needed almost a year due to cyber criminals interference. In normal case, it was hardly one to two months work or maximum 6-months. Now how much time I would take in compiling remaining cases, a struggle again to deal with cyber criminals. So I do need protection from these criminals so that other cases can also be compiled to give a clear picture of this created terror and politically hyped world.

This case hearing is on 29th in district court. I feel all these cases hearings "must be public and on record". Probably, that's the only way to stop at least to some extent such crafters and drafters!?

So many big people' involvement, so much regional err national and international stakes, criminal surrounding and lots of politics. Mental hospital and torture works?

When so many cooked up cases did not work. Sedition charges dramatics, jail, suspension drama, sit on file/s, factions fights within campus and politics and in frustration you throw away resignation for better!

Like so many cases and their contradictory committee reports on record were not a disaster? In March, 2021, a play has been played by some kalakaars of my department to manage the crime? And probably camera recorded more than the requirement? Or that was on purpose! 

And another play was played in April 2021, by police and jail people. No limits! Nowhere! 

Kinda, this party play, that party paly. Plays and plays. Dramatics and dramatics!

I got whatever I needed, in the last more than three years, after my resignation in 2017 . All these official documents and recordings are enough to fix the wrongdoings. 

Really? Would you survive even to fight that? Lots of churning, burning, direct-indirect suggestions, threats and much is going on here and there.

And amidst all this joining accepted from back date by center/secretariat with blah blah case conditions! From department side there was no such issue because of many cases and crime fact files? But then bigger responsibility lies with the higher authorities. Whatever happened or happening have somewhere some kinda support.

And you are comfortable in your own zone of freedom from day by day headache! For a while wanna watch the drama from a distance!?

Interesting times indeed! 

There is a saying in haryanvi "सांडा की लड़ाई मैं झाड़ा का खो!" fits well on common people in big bulls fights. Then be it the world of gambling and politics or political diseases like Covid-19.

Exams Fraud (27-30, December 2019)

Whatever happened during this time period, sums-up all, what was happening!

How all this happened?
Students were not attending the classes. If attended few then did plays and pretended like they were doing experiment with "tap water" (Yes! In Molecular Bio. with tap water, that is also M.Tech students!). 
When objected that what they were doing with tap water? They said do not have chemicals.
Many complaints have been done to the concerned authorities regarding students plays or strange behavior in the class or lab.
Complaints have been done about non-availability of chemicals. Though some chemicals were there and B.Tech students did 3-4 experiments with the same chemicals.
M.Tech students have not been allowed to give sessionals on the same ground.
There was no complaint against teacher till that time. 
On the same ground they have not been allowed final practicals as they have not performed even a single experiment. And as per their own writing there were no chemicals in the lab.
Other faculty members chemicals files have been forwarded but mine papers file have been stopped on silly excuses. That is how things are since years with me, my papers, labs etc.!
Finally my papers chemicals came on 26-12-2019! Winter vacations have already started.
My mother had some operation. I became busy there. Some play was going even there! Yes! Even in the hospital!
Students have been advised to come after winter vacations and perform their experiments so that they can give final practical exams.
BUT
An emergency meeting have been called by the director. So-called committee of few of my crook colleagues have been formed in my absence. And these 4-faculty members err supercomputers and their supercomputer fraud students have done so much in these 4-days! 

Not just that, have a look at the experiments:

RATIONALLY, IS IT POSSIBLE?

AND MOST IMPORTANT WHAT WAS THE EMERGENCY THAT STUDENTS, DIRECTOR OR FACULTY MEMBERS COULD NOT WAIT FOR ONE MORE WEEK? 
AND EVEN AUTHORITIES TUNED-IN TO TIK-TOK, TIK-TOK!

In general, director or colleagues should not interfere in others papers. On that, I have not refused to conduct practicals. I had assumed that practicals would take place in January as students have been informed.

Many times earlier also practicals have been conducted in January officially after completion of theory exams even in normal circumstances, where students took normal classes and did practicals on time.

Not just that but I had already submitted internal marks of students and those marks had been locked (Online submission locking means, they were final from the concerned teacher side based on whole semester record.) The penal have been opened again with special request to COE (Controller of Examination) and VC by these people/gamblers! Even internal marks of my papers have been submitted again! Though whole semester record was with me. Students have not raised any question or did any complaint or have not requested even to take their sessionals before theory exams. Why now? They had been failed. Though not all. Who informed these students their marks? What about privacy of marks before result declaration? Many other University rules have also been violated. Most important again targeting of the same faculty member! Why? 

Important question is "What kind of gambling these people were playing via their plays and such nonacademic behavior? What kind of governments they were breaking or making rather than doing their studies? And how this female faculty was their target?

It's a thick file rather files, cannot upload so much interesting fact-o-file here!

Ujjala Bharati Overnight Supervisor Change! (November 2018 to August 2019)

I got a request to supervise three M.Tech students, Bharti, Ujjala and Vivek for M.Tech dissertation. They requested to be allowed to work outstation, Delhi.

As per UIET, MDU, M.Tech ordinance, in third semester students have to prepare synopsis  under the supervision of a supervisor. There are specific marks for the same in third semester. 

In fourth semester, they have to do their practical work. Based on practical work they have to submit their dissertation under the same supervisor. 

("In case of problem, University rules are there under M.Tech Ordinance.")

They have been allowed external supervisor, provided "in collaboration as per ordinance".  They said time and again, they have permission for that from the concerned lab in Delhi, where they wanna work. They do not need my support in that. Though even after repeated requests to submit the acknowledgement they could not. They could not even give the name of that institute or lab. Many times, I have been called by the director for the same and requested to allow them 6-months training as they had already wasted their whole third semester.

They came again in November last, 2018 with another request. The application dated 19th, Nov., 2018 and acknowledgement got from concerned lab in Delhi on 20, Nov., 2018 via email.

This committee's focus as per their "printed statement given to me to sign" seemed just materialistic aspect. The strange aspect was, how anyone could enforce their words and narratives on you? It should not be even with some uneducated person and they were doing that with an educated person.

I found the same thing in real court also in some other cases. With time, it became indigestible their ways of fighting. These groups, parties rather say political parties have no care and concern for individual rights. No concern, what that person thinks and protesting against. To hell with that. Until and unless, you are that stubborn that I would not be that easy for you to deal that way, come what may. But then CoVID time and they said we care too hoots even for society.

Correspondence and Meeting with Committee (Violence, H#16, Type-3, 10-4-2019)

First complain was to Vice Chancellor and Registrar on 12-4-2019.

Then I talked on phone to this committee members. I got their phone numbers from University website. I had been advised to send complaints, again, to this committee. Was not that VC or registrar office responsibility to forward those complaints to that committee? Oh! I forgot, if they had anything to do with responsibility and dignity of their chairs then this violence had not happened. It had not been organized crime at least. And no such thing could happen, for such a long time within campus, without the knowledge or involvement of  VC and registrar or security of that University. Even after that, at least some authority must had visited the place of this crime. But it was such an open and blunt abuse of chairs and powers that these people did not feel, that any such step is even important.

The feel was like "विकास नाम बन्दे का काम ही विनाश है" and others were there to support those designs.

Meeting Notice for 9th July, 2019

What happened in that meeting?

I had been asked to narrate the incidence. I started narrating the incidence.

Someone interrupted and I had been asked to short cut, when I started informing about meetings with VC and registrar before this incidence and arguments with Dr. Vikas Siwach and Dr. Sajjan Dahiya, few days back. 

Then chairperson asked, why you went there?

I just started informing my campus house problems, including house16, Type-3 as that had been allotted to me in 2011 and I was living there till March 2017. I kept that as protest even later up to 2018. I had been enforced to give after Psycho control of September 2018. H#30, Type-4 allotment in itself was a conspiracy. 

I had been interrupted again and again and advised not to mention residences problems. They were not part of this inquiry. 

I was surprised after listening that. And I cut in-between that and answered, these big boss houses are problems for all problems. If these surveillance abuse problems had not been there then neither this incidence had happened nor this committee had been here. Neither they listened to me, nor I felt that this committee was there for the purpose, it should had been. 

And after sometime, I had been given a printed copy of I-J series to sign. I said, I have already sent my version via email on 12-4-2019. Why this printed version in this strange series? I can write myself. For that I don't need someone else wordings or narratives. But they insisted that I must sign that and can send later on addition or deletion regarding that via email. It was strange but I signed. I had been asked some specific documents only. That was also kinda selective version. Let the person send whatever that person feels is important as a proof of her narrative or version. But it was kinda enforcement designs.

One more strange thing happened. Someone asked me, "Do you know उपासना?"

I heard that word somewhere but did not know what was that? Maybe someone name, but who is that? And what's the correlation with this case?

And this committee member said, "बच्चा उपासना किया करो".

I was like, -- what? What's that?

Oh! You have not heard. Kind of meditation, yoga. Heard that?

And I said, yes. 

I was feeling like this is not anti violence and sexual harassments against women at workplace committee but pro.

Another interesting aspect about this committee was that I have not been provided whole complain against me. I had been informed that I will be provided that. But I had to request for the same again and again. 

There was mention of some video recording and detailed complain against me by Dr. Sajjan Dahiya in committee report but I had not been provided that even up to that time. I got that CD after this request.

And CD was not working. 

Then I requested again to provide the same.
